I had bought it and had connectivity issues to my computer ever since the beginning. It's nothing software or hardware but actually, the chassis is poorly made. I would bump the monitor or my computer or the cord would shift and suddenly the monitor would no longer connect. I'd have to plug and unplug a million times. Eventually I figured it out:
The sheer weight of the monitor is too heavy. The ports are near the place where the stand fits into the monitor and that seemingly drags parts of the monitor downwards so that the ports on the motherboard does not align with the plastic holes in the chassis.
How do I know? Because I took this huge ass monitor all the way to an authorized repair shop and the replaced the motherboard with a brand new one and still it was having the problem when I came home. However when the monitor was NOT on the stand, and just sitting on the table, i.e. no weight was put on the back chassis, the connectivity was fine and you can hear the click of the USB-C fitting in to it's port (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
